She was born on Oct. 2, 2002 in San Pablo City. She is a grade 3 student in CSI, Los Banos. She is a Filipino and her religion is Protestant as well as her family members. She speaks Tagalog and English. Her mother is Sharon Felismino who is assisting her in the hospital together with her grandfather and auntie. Chief Complain and History of march Illness Ms. Felismino is admitted last June 24, 2011 at exactly 10:41 PM in the evening due to high grade fever (38.7°) with headache and pain in the breadbasket, left speed quarter-circle and have it off. A week former to her admission her mother verbalized that the patient has dry cough and colds. Five days prior the patient experience pain in her right upper back, and then pain in her left hip, and then in her breadbasket left upper quadrant, next is in her neck and last is headache.
