INTRODUCTION
If you are failing to invention, you are preparedness to fail. This adage is applicable to almost anything about life, but it is relevancy to the business culture is undeniably valuable. In reality, business is demanding, revenues are misleading, and competition molds business organizations to adjust in order to survive. any so often, businesses fail because profit growth only seems to get hold of on waves of extra costs, even to the point of going the vituperate way.
Perhaps the most fundamental judgment a tutor must extend to is to decide if the business is realistically feasible. And with the incessantly changing cost of supplies and customer demands, a good theater director must be able to learn to use facts and figures to make knowledgeable decisions. He/she must be able to assess the capability of a business to progress or grow. Thus, a method called cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis established.
Cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis is used to aid managers to commit the levels of operating activity needed to avoid losses, achieve targeted profits, plan future operations, and monitor organizational performance.
The purpose of this study is to hear the CVP analysis presently utilized by shocking Horizons breeding Corporation and how the company computes BEP or break-even point .
