Criminal Justice Models
In the woeful arbitrator attend to there be collar polar baffles, they are the move model, the wedding cake model, and the net model. These three models are ways of helping you visualize the criminal justice butt against and how the process works. This paper will take a look at all three of the different process and how each one works. The funnel decreases are due to case attrition. You could opine that in the funnel model there are more than suspects and defendants then there are inmates.

Misdemeanors are less serious crimes where punishment usually consists of a fine, probation, or just a few days imprisonment. The instant layer of this cake would consist of less sever felonies. These cases would be first time offenders, petty robberies where no weapons were used, and fights that ended in assault charges. The punishment for these felonies are usually probation or in home incarceration. The third layer would consist of more sever felonies. These would include murder, armed robbery, or probation...If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Orderessay
