To know how to point is the great art of teaching. To attain it we must be equal to(p) to guess what allow interest; we must learn to check the childish soul as we might a found of music. Then, by simply changing the key, we keep up the leader and vary the song (Amiel, 1997).
My educational philosophy follows along with what Henri Fredric Amiel verbalize above. My philosophy is rooted by progressivism, constructivism, and part of social reconstructionism. I believe that all educatees can love the art of learning, and study fun while doing so. Every person is unique in the way they learn. Teachers should hone in on these specific roadways in their students learning process, and in doing so the achievement will far exceed anyones expectations. I strongly believe that a teachers role in their students education goes far beyond relaying a specific subject. Teachers ar role models for students and help create the person each student will one day become. It is important for teachers to stress the splendor of community, morals, and growing through one another.
I believe a classrooms curriculum should be built nearly the students interests and how each one thrives while learning. There should be a focus on the community and how morals and decisions affect who they will become one day. The topics at hand should be related to to the world using realistic examples (Sadker and Zittleman, 2012). This gives students the opportunity to be thriving in their education. By focusing on their specific skills they will fully enjoy learning. This also allows students to focus on team up building and prepares them for the world beyond schooling.
