For these ch totallyenges this property is facing now, I am going to propose an action plan for the next 6 months for the senior management reference.

Emergency Plan

The hazard happened one month ago. First of all, we must prepare to review and refine the legal profession and fate plans and activities. The management office should investigate why the piddle supply pipe at the basement burst. After the footing causing the accident was found, risk assessments and inspection work for all similar pipes should be arranged to avoid another accident from happening. The management office should publish information such as a brief report showing the details of the adventure and the findings after inspection.

For example, we can add additional facilities for the switch room to prevent the waters entering the room when flooding. Moreover, I welcome some suggestion for the preparation of the emergency situations in future. The management staff should prepare an emergency plan for dealing with emergency matters. Drills should also be arranged regularly in nine to raise the awareness of frontline staff and ensure that the staff are skillful to handle incidents.
