The Canadian Government positions should be elected by the spate in Canada because it would prevent many problems by the members in the Canadian Government. By democratically voting in government officials, the people of Canada choose by majority who they fate in that position. This would allow the people of the country or commonwealth to elect the mortal who is more measure up rather than the person being official by another member or committee in the government. A patronage conflict is a job or a position addicted to someone by a single person or committee within the government without any say from the citizens of Canada.
