Spartan Engineers: What Our Future Relies On

Looking to pursue a point in the engineering science field here at geographical mile State University? Just recently, international mile State started a new program that introduces new classes for students ingress the engineering field. Hinds scholarly article titled, The Development of a machinelike Engineering Freshman Program, explains what the programs goals have for incoming freshmen at MSU. These goals accommodate teaching students to use computer applications such as MATLAB/Excel, thatt on how basic mathematics and science fits into engineering practices, and to help students rise their communication skills. This will ultimately prepare students for their integration into the destination of the engineering program. EGR100 and EGR102 are two introductory classes to help freshmen students cop the basics of what engineers do. In EGR100, you learn to work together as a team to accomplish two major projects. These projects concern skills in computer designs, construction and programming of robotics, and testing closing products of the design.



EGR 102 focuses on the introduction of computer programs that engineers mainly use end-to-end their college career, known as Mat Lab and Excel. Before the new engineering program came out, these two classes did not exist.
