It has ceaselessly been an obligation for a counselor to uphold the profession by maintaining the ethical standards of the trade. The engagement with human beings is the most important ferment a counselor does and it must be done is a responsible and respected manner. A counselor must not be only qualified but must be competent and discharge their duties with dignity and honor. It is mandatory as a counselor to be able to make decisions that are align to the ethical rules that is expected set by the profession.
