However, Siviter (2004, p.165) explains that reflection is about gaining self-confidence, identify when to improve, learning from proclaim mistakes and behavior, flavoring at other people perspectives, being conscious and improving the future by learning the past.

This assignment will look two situations from an ECERS appraisal to identify areas of weakness in inclusion from an early days setting. I will look at the situations from other peoples perspective as well as my own to have a real(a) view of inclusive practice during and after the assessment.
