A B S T R A C TThis proposal provides insights on the challenges that the Saudi Arabian ethnical Mission , the histrionics that assists in the administration of policies and programs that enable students information in the United States (US ) to meet their needs pertaining to education and cultivation , and mediates between educational institutions in the US and the other branches ground in Saudi as well as the troth that Saudi students studying in the US under the Saudi government s sponsorship are facing which the researcher deems to be generally a consequence of the agency s failure to provide passable solutions and the resulting students powerlessness to raise their concerns to appropriate authorities . An intensive publications review on materials that reflect the interdependence of the Arabian ethnical mission and the Saudi students it serves in the United States was conducted to gather minded(p) information for this study .
