I have been advised to format in writing my concerns regarding my recent dealings within your company, and pass on that I am reimbursed for the unnecessary stress and upheaval that I was put through.

On the 13th June 2011 myself and family were due to fly off from Glasgow International Airport to Sharm el sheikh for 2 calendar weeks staying at the Park Inn Resort on an All comprehensive basis
Unfortunately on arriving at the airport my grand young lady Ciara Boyle was complain of jump out pains as was very upset with this, But myself and her begin reassured Thomas cook and airline staff that she was ok and was just need something to eat as this was very proterozoic in the morning for her to be up, they insisted on Phoning for an ambulance. When the ambulance came they advised my daughter that she was to be taken to the nearest hospital which was Alexander infirmary Paisley, Which they did scarcely was discharge from hospital around an 45 min later, She then made her way back to the Airport as quick as she could hoping that she could still make her flight but unfortunately she was too late for this.



She then went to get breeding from the Thomas Cook help desk and was told that the next flight out wouldnt be until the Friday which meant she would lose nearly a week of her holiday and the cost of this would be £400.00. At this point she was so upset and drained that her summer holiday which she had worked hard and been so looking forward to had cancelled for her and her daughter. After she returned home, my Daughter in Law tried every avenue to get them a flight over as soon as likely but to joy.
