In Chapter 8 we developed about how politics prep are a workplace, and why they become part of almost either virtuosos career at sometime. Learning to negotiate politics, means scholarship to understand the organizations culture. The organizational culture is the system of shared beliefs and value among an organization to guide the behavior of its members. I believe the company Culture, the happier the management can make the employees, the better the results and productivity result be. Putting customers as your partners also makes for a great feedback for customers, and dread your customers needs and wants. The happier your employer looks goes a long way for the customer, and the customer is abandoned to spend more when feeling trade good connections and communication with good employees. Helping our employees learn is a huge advantage to the company. In a time where careers are supposed to last an bonnie of 5 years until the employee is going another job, helping our employees learn and advance through an internal source will have more employees around.
An organization is a system of consciously coordinated activites or forces of two or more people.
There are three types of orginizations, they are For-profit, which is an organizations formed to make money, or mesh by offering products or services, the second one is nonprofit organization organization, such as a hospital or college, who is in that respect to offer services, bringing no profit into the organization. The third on is Mutual-Benefit organization which are voluntary collectives with the purport to advance members interests, such as unions.
The major elements of an organization are Common purpose which gives everyone in the organization an understanding of the reason of being. The neighboring one is coordinated effort, which coordinates every ones efforts into a group wide effort.
