Bandura suggests that there are 4 main sources of self-efficacy:
* Mastery Experiences - If you have succeeded at something in the past you are likely to believe that you can repeat that success in the future.
* Vicarious Experience - beholding peers finishing an assignment effectively will encourage (strengthen belief of own abilities) you that you can also do the same.
* Social horizon e.g. positive feedback and encouragement from teachers and colleges can help to overcome self-doubt.
* mental Responses (Emotional state): Positive thinking helps ones beliefs in self-efficacy, while anxiety can undermine
